Hey xxxkat my cuda did the same thing twitchy...No you don't need to change the med arm..if you are runing carpet ,the med arm are better ..first thing you want to do it reduce the streering on your radio and the front shock tower position used the third hole from outside and the rear, lay the shock all theway down to the second last holes,,and use 22 pound spring in the front and the rear 20 pound spring, this set up should smooth out your driving..works for me
NO SWAY BAR and this it rubber tire set up for high grip carpet

I have my drivetrain pretty free on the r2. With that single bearing holder that KO provided me and a lengthy break in period, i can get it to sping 8 - 10 seconds depending on how hard i flick the tires. This is with crappy steel bearings as well.

I do have a sparkly setup board now though so i get some of the r3 bling.

Also, I believe a new cuda chassis from BMI will be available soon too.

OVA,its an outdoor asphalt track, low to med bite(my cuda was HOOKED up) I just had waaaaay to much steering,I am running the white springs up front and the red springs in the back, front shocks are mounted top outside hole, bottom outside, and running a diff up front.I had my steering dialed out (75%) I guess I should dial out more.

Rayspeed white and REd? I used the Red up front and white rears. The stiffer red should take away some steering and improve rear traction with the white.

Man I feel for my buddy. He ordered a new R3 and when it arrived and opened the seeal it was missing the chassis. Now he has to send it back and wait for another one to come.

I guess it will have thicker shock towers as well as more mounting holes further out... R2 right now, maybe R3 later? I'm sure they'll do all the bells and whistles like their TC3 chassis.

Try a 1mm spacer under the front pillow balls to reduce initial steering and 1mm spacer under the rearmost pillowballs to remove anti-squat. Both will help settle the car down. Are you sure the suspension isn't binding in any way also? I recommend going back to the stock springs as well- I ALWAYS end up going back to them

You can try longer arms, and maybe softer springs as well.

Mike - Are you running the R3 yet, or still the Xenon car?
