rtypeC,

We had fun on Sat. 19 guys in the 19T class which makes it a very exciting 10 car A-main. Luckily the track was very wide open so there are enough room for everyone to spread out. Both me and Mike's "fish" made the A, but I selected the wrong gear ratio in the A which makes me nothing more than a "moving dot" for the rest of the folks

I also figured out a pattern at SoCal, my finishing position usually alternating between "A" and "B" mains. If I was in the A this week, then next week I'll be in the "B". So I won't be racing this weekend...lol Actually, it's V-Day (Valentine's day) and no matter how nice and supportive the wife is with my racing...I think she'll have my head if I race on V-Day

Hi everyone ...

FIRST RACE and FIRST WIN for KO's Orange Barracuda in MALTA, driven by KARL!

Last Sunday we had an outside event in Gozo, Malta and the first barracuda ever to race in Malta, made the fastest lap and took the first place in the Super Stock Class (21T). 2nd & 3rd place were a FT TC3 and a Yokomo SD.

Glad to see that you are going to keep John Bull on his toes with those Cudas
I got 5th in the A this weekend, although in my defence it was a tight indoor track on a polished wooden floor.... and I was running a one-way up front .... have the car set up for outdoors and didnt want to change it!!! Still, had a blast using the brakes like a handbrake in a rally car!!!

As much as I like the new design, I am finally going to stick to one chassis, and for me the Yokomo SD feels like the car.

Seems like a drastic change, they're kinda large. Also, the aluminum chubs don't allow the arms to go down as far as the stock plastic chubs. Is this part of the design?
