Exclamation TC3 Lock Problems

Oh yeh, one more thing! One thing that you can do to see the full extent of the problem is to look at the sliding 'rack' - You can see more of a gap between the edge of the washer and the end of the rack when you pull it to the right (to give left). It kind of creates a cresent moon shape, where as on the opposite side no gap can be seen when full right lock is given.

I'm telling you - it's weird!

Maybe on some of the carbon version parts, the problem doesn't exist - but all the cars I've seen have had this problem. Many drivers never notice becaue they turn their rates down anyway - but it's still there, lurking.................

Randman:

Now look here you rotten little man; you're really beginning to get my gander up. You can't just barge in here like that and start taking the mickey - it's jolly rotten of you and it just isn't cricket. We invented it don't you know, Major. Also, I'll have you know that that I own the biggest tea plantation in all of India. Any more of your insolence and I'll be forced to drink a large brandy and send the RAF in. Right! That's it! I've had enough! Tally Ho! Bombs away Biffo - apples & pears, plates of meat, me ol' china plate - an all that!

Well I never! Take a butcher's at that! It's a direct hit! Got 'em by the cobblers now Guv'!!

Default TC3 Steering

Horatio-
The TC3 Q&A up on Associated's website has this to say about the unequal steering:

Q: Why do I have 7 degrees more steering to the left than I do the right?

A: That is correct, it's the way the front steering blocks were designed. The rack will turn all the way to one side and not the other. That is to prevent the servo from locking when it turns left.

But what I don't understand is why the servo would lock. Did you ever have a problem w/ it locking?
