Hi Guys,

For the second batch, it will be primarily blue colors once again, but I do plan on bringing in some Purple, Red, and I also brought in one pink (I just had to see what it looks like)

The first batch of parts are also arriving, and the first batch of parts and hop-ups are all in blue.

Thanks

Steve Wang

Hi Guys,

Yes, I did ask about SpeedWal Pal products and as it turns out they are good friends with Alex Racing. So I believe I will be able to get the parts. The motor mount looks to be available towards the end of the month early next month. I'll definitely try and get some in stock as soon as I can.

I picked up a couple of Japan RC magazine yesterday and it looks like the R2 is very popular among racers in Japan. I see quite a few race coverage photos featuring the R2

Haha- I thought about the same thing with the box being that big
I just got my GT7 in so once I drop it in my car it will be all set. Only concern is the battery hold down. I will try strapping tape but that's not my preffered way to keep a huge battery pack in place but I guess I will try it before I knock it.
The drive line is good but will be great when I change the shimming for the rear diff. The rear diff seems a little tight with 2 shims in place so I will remove the right rear shim.
48pitch seems the way to go with this car and luckily it does come with a 72 tooth. I don't think 64 will be durable enough in those instances the chassis or center axle might flex. I preffer trusty dusty 48 pitch in sedans anyways especially for outdoor tracks.

Hope the racing gods gives us good weather this week 'cos I'm looking forward to some fast laps with the 'Cuda!

hmmmm, just took a look at that, no battery bar included, thats kinda cheezy.
Cant say im a fan of tape on parking lot tracks, carpet fine, but a few grams aint worth losin a battery over.
ill have to order a nice one that is anodized blue to match the rest of the car....or, see if I can get a plastic one cause im cheap lol
