As I meantion earlier, as long as you get the correct goods, there doesn´t seem to be any issues. It is when you need their support it starts building up...

Ever since my last reply in this thread I have mailed them 2 times a week and also used their ticketsystem for questions and complaints and their response..silance, complete and utter silence. I am having very difficult understanding how anyone can be satisfied with their support!

In that instance I'd file a paypal claim (usually gets their attention)

My first claim I filed with PP was against RCModel.... and this is the reply I got.

Hi guys, as i stated in the other thread, i have been using them from time to time for the last 5 years and never have a problem.

I always order what the show in stock and it happend that some items were not anymore and they refund the money the same day.

So far i can't defenetly complain about their servise at all.

Just my opinion and maybe my luck.

Ciao,

Lorenzo

Without reading the whole thread I suggest you send the items back and then file the dispute. So long as you can prove that the seller has the items returned Paypal usually provide the buyer with a refund.

I've worked for an online Business for 3 years now and have answered to hundreds of disputes. 9 times out of 10 if the customer states the item has been returned they will be refunded regardless of the condition of the item. We've had some right junk returned and refunded.

On the other side, if the Business states that the item is not in their possesion Paypal will side with them and give that response in the previous post.

What I did wrong is that I belived that RCModel was honest guys as all the other stores I bought from earlier on in for ex. Hong Kong but they were not.
I used their ticket system instead of paypal-complaint and since they helped me out on how to return the goods I thought that refund would not be a problem and when I finally understood that it would be an issue, 45 days from payment had already passed and paypal could not help me out.
