Default 4-cell and spektrum

I'd like to have a crack at 4-cell and BL mod for a TC event coming up.. It's a small and tight track, so I'm thinking dopping from 6-cells could be the go.. be it 5, or 4 cell, whatever. I'm willing to test...

However I have concerns about the power requirements of spektrum, and my KO digital servo.

Will the spektrum failsafe on me or 'glitch out' with only 4-cells? will I need a cap on the reciever?

Advice and tips appreciated!

James

yo shouldnt have any problems but to keep it safe you might want to get the spektrum capacitor for the reveiver or you can run a micro reveiver pack (2/3 aaa)

Thanks, I'll have to give it a shot I spose, and go from there.

Cant run a micro rec pack, illegal in our rules (this is a sanctioned titles event)

Default capacitor

the Spektrum capacitor should solve your problems, I don't think would affect any sanctioned event since it's not feeding additional power to the flow.

but best to check to make sure.
