Default Shock end mod

What's up All!!
New owner and in doing my homework on 12th scale I remember seeing a shock end mod someone did so that when they loaded batts it was just a matter of turning a thumb-screw. I ask as I'm not sure where I saw the mod and am interested in doing it to mine (already bent one shock shaft). Any input is much appreciated!!!

Thanks,
Kevin

Default Kit tires

Whats up all,
New owner and dropped the car on the track for the first time yesterday, man I love this car!! Does anyone know the shore or color rating of the kit tires?? They really hooked on my home track. Maybe I don't know any better but the car really felt good and times were respectable for sure. Any input is appreciated!

Whoa, It's like a dead thread.

Does carpet racing die down around the US in the summer, or does it just happen in Minnesota?

When do we get Brian Wynn's setup from the carpet nationals?

exactly.

Pokie: I think 12thscale tends to die off everywhere in the summer, people move to outdoor activities, or they race asphalt or dirt, then come September they all move back to the rug.

We have a hand full that still race 1/12th during the summer. We have an indoor asphalt track. We also do some outdoor 19T racing at 301 raceway.

Default J spec chassis

Was reading that team CRC in Japan came out with a modified chassis for asphalt racing. Anyone in the states get it? Looking for a review of it.
