now the R/C bug has bitten me and i would like to get a Electric TC car. I was wondering what would be a good entry-medium level car to purchase and a resonable price that i can take to go racing indoors on carpet. I want it to be able to upgrade it as i go and not have to go buy a new one right away

look into the Associated racer kitTC 3..or the XXXS kit frpm Losi

Personally i believe the TC3 racer kit is more competitive then the Losi kit cause basically the same the the team kit minues the graphite and a couple other things...the Losi would cost more to be upgraded to the Graphite plus kit cause there are alot more changes they did to it besides just the pretty blue stuff and and graphite like the Associated

Unless you are going to get the Graphite + version...go with the TC3

deppenes on your budget.........for $40 dollars more u could get the Kyosho KX-1(forgot the number)which ive heard is a good racer, but the downside is that u need wheels and tires, so that would set u back a little bit.
