Fred or OLI,
Do you guys have a good setup for the MLP X10P4 on carpet? I'm glad to say that we are opening a carpet track here in my area so probably this winter season I'm going to run carpet with rubber tires or foam. Probably rubber so I can run 1 set of tires the whole season ....

hey Jochim
I won't have a setup for at least two weeks from now...i won't make the Xpress next week so I have to wait until 2 weeks until I can a track.
but try to stay basic on carpet....if it's a new carpet lay...the track will be a bit loose.
running foam tires or rubber?
if rubber take an outdoor setup and try to change up the spring combo and take it from there. I don't really run rubber tires so I would be guessing with that.
if you're running foam tires.
then
try 60 weight oil in the front and 40 weight in rear...
maybe try 28 to 30 springs in the front...
and 22-24 lbs springs in the rear..
try a even the roll as a starter.
I would stick with Parma indigo and magnetas or double pink/orange and double pinks..for maximum grip.
may 1mm to 2mm rear toe.
camber set to 1mm front 1.5 rear.
try that as a base then go from there.

no prob
Rubber tires...stick with what you're getting..
from what i've seen rubber tire setup is a bit different from foam tire setup.
use you're current outdoor setup and go from there.
you should be fine.

Hi all well we got things working again and the bugs out of it OLI your car should be there in the next day or so. I think the storm slowed it down as well. I will finish the last 4 cars this week and ship them every thing is done just need to run the top decks when I was running them last week we had Problems again but it is worked out now.
I would like to let you all know Fred AKA RC OLD MAN is not with MLP as of Sunday and he is going on to do his own thing. I wish him the best!
RC Driver has emailed me and would like to test our cars so I will be sending them one of each come the first of the year.
We will no longer offer chassis kits for any car! all cars will be complete rollers only!
I am working on a motor deal if it works out the motors will not cost us a penny! True Sponsor Ship in the works there!

Marty....if this is the TC that you were talking about last week, please bring it over to the store and I will test it this coming SUNDAY with Terrance, I will need the car early enough so I can setup that will work with Kenosha track in advance.....you can ask Terrance and he has my cell #.
Or I can swing by the store again.......like I did the last several weeks, can't wait to run this prototype. It is a good looking car already.
