I have been loving the car so far on mod asphalt. The car is the fastest I have ever seen in tight low speed corners. It rotates predictably and locks in on exit like no other.
Durability is fantastic. I was driving like an idiot and caught the rumble strip in the sweeper sending the car cartwheeling the entire span of the track. The car still finished the run and was minorly out of alignment. Only parts I would recommend for asphalt is the 4.75 springs for the front, KPA really woke up the front end of the car, and a gauge to properly set up stops and droop is key. what is KPA? |

Any suggestions for good low friction belts?
Does anyone have a good starting point for really high grip black carpet? I'm probably just going to run 21.5 TC or 25.5 LMH. |

Belts in the box are more suited for modified racing, if you are running stock I'd get some low friction ones What makes them better suited for modified racing? |

For those running the MTC3 in Stock, any advice as to the use of the option Mugen tungsten weights (qty & sizes) to get the car to 1320g?

I put a 15 in front and behind the motor plate, then a 10 inline with each of those. Then a 10 to the left and right of both belts ... in front of the servo and behind the esc/battery Also stuck a 10 between my rx and fan Plus I run a 22g SSteel Sortafast battery plate My idea was to keep them as close to the centerline of the chassis. I just wish they would lower the weight again, even if it was just 30/40 grams lol |
Shock spring?
4.75 springs in front ? Progressive 4.75 or regular 4.75 ? For asphalt .
