Questions?? Slash 2wd drift setup?

Just got my dad and I brushed 2wd slashes, we’re eventually gonna make them brushless but were pretty new to the hobby so I was wondering what I could do to make it drift better on smooth surfaces (polished garage floor and asphalt coated in dirt)? It drifts a little when you punch it on the polished garage floor but with 22t/90t (48 pitch) setup on the stock motor/esc it doesn’t seem to have the wheel speed it needs to really spin the back end around while the stock gearing was preeetty slow and still didn’t seem much better in terms of wheel speed. The entire reason I got the slashes was my dad has an original rc10 we were messing with that does 40+ mph while being able to break the wheels loose on any surface running a 20t/55t (32 pitch) setup with the same motor, granted he has foam tires but idk..... I’m not sure foam tires would make that much of a difference, allowing it to have higher wheel speed and higher top end? Maybe it does? If anyone has experience with slash’s what is your best drift setup recommendations? I already put fuel line in the shocks to fix the body roll and tuned the slipper, so it could be amazing if I could get more punch.
