Default PB Blaster for Tire Sauce

I'm coming from off-road where PB Blaster is a very common tire sauce, anyone tried it for asphalt on road tires? Seems logical it would effect rubber the same way?

yep, works great on tires, especially the harder compounds, some tires do swell up a bit, PF VTA tires balloon a lot lol

In the states, the sunscreen of choice was called 'waterbabies'. Do those type of treatments work on rubber tires? I mainly race carpet these days and its always a spec sauce so not point in experimenting. I'm guessing asphalt is usually open sauce?

I have heard of guys using hot dog rolling machines with PB Blaster in the bottom and the tires are constantly rolling in it. The smell must be terrible.

Many indoor tracks are odorless compounds only while in the house. Some even specify what you can use. The 2019 Indoor Champs had sauce tables and a warning that anyone seen using or having anything different would be disqualified from the event. Some of that is to protect the rug, the other part is to protect us. Lol Racers are Racers.
