when i say "kids" i dont mean 5 year olds with no experience. there are kids who are 14 to 20 who know lots about motors. also they have lots of race experience so they know what springs/brushes works with what sort of surface/temperatures/gearing etc etc etc
in anycase i bet most of the email enquiries are like "has my order been shipped" ... not rocket science is it.
