Default LRP 7.1 question

Is there any way to get more punch out of a LRP 7.1 for stock racing?

Can you install capacitors like the Cyclone and GM?

Thanks

You can install capacitors but capacitors dont add punch. Capacitors only make the volage more consistent. The LRP IPC SR is the same as the 7.1 but tuned for stock racing.

I dont think you can get more punch. But on my TX I adjusted the throttle to have some off-set, that is, the initial motor power are higher. That helped a lot.

You can install the worlds kit by LRP, however the capacitors included in the kit are used to smooth out the power band and prevent glitching. The only way to get more punch is to get batteries with high voltage numbers.
