Gizmo Racing USA Genesis TC Kit
#587
We can provide the car with long arms And laydown towers if you prefer. The laydown shocks however, we have done very little development on and can’t provide a ton of support on set-ups, etc. but if you guys want to do the testing, we can definitely sell it like this.

Next month I will have feedback based on Christians earlier post with baseline recommendations for laydown setup......Dexters Lab lol...

I don’t have the best starting setup for Asphalt with the regular shock setup yet. Hopefully we can get Zac or Christian to chime in. I looked through my notes and Christian said the stock kit springs are 2.15 and are a good starting place for USGT Asphalt with the higher roll centers.
Per Christian
The suggested starting setup for the regular suspension:
4 degrees caster in front
2 degrees of camber all around
2.5 degrees of rear toe
0 rear caster
0 front toe

-4 rear caster
1.5 front toe out
This setup has been working for me in everything from USGT to 17.5 Tc on asphalt tracks of all sizes

The front castor is positive which is laid back, so you are running negative camber tilted forward in the rear?
#595
Yes running the caster is leaning forward. That shorter wheelbase really helps the car to rotate on higher grip tracks. I have been on some low grip tracks that I went to 0 on the rear caster and it helped to hook up the rear. The majority of the time I am at -4 on the rear caster

Typically when castor is discussed, if the tire is leaning towards the back of the car it is called negative, if the tire is leaning towards the front of the car is is positive. I run 4 short as well or +4 which is the same thing you run fanfor18.

It can certainly get confusing.... this chart helps
interesting on the negative 4 in rear....I will consider This as a tuning option. Thanks
