By running the front pivot block lower than the front rear pivot block what efect will it have on the car?

so kick-up is also known as pro-dive??
if that's so, then kick-up would increase front traction into the corner, and enable tighter turns, much like running softer springs in the front, is that right?

Slot - you are right, it would be more like running a thicker shock oil than a stiffer spring. The problem with this thread is the termanology (spell?) that is being used. The original poster said he was running kick up, but the way he explains the pin holders locations is actually "anti-dive". Anti meaning that the suspension is resisting the weight transfer.....basically Anti-weight transfer. If you check out the Team Xray forum at www.teamxray.com there is a really in depth article about this topic with everything you need to know for the front and rear of the car.

There is a good explanation of anti-dive and pro-dive (kickup) in the New XRAY T2 Setup Book that can be applied to any RC car. It contains an updated version of the article on the XRAY forum.
