Anyone tried a "hybrid" version - US kit (aluminium chassis) with EU front suspension? How does it work in less than super high-grip black carpet situations?

It was fine. I had a '17 X12 with aluminum chassis and that was basically it. Didn't have problems with it on black carpet.

It works really well. Several of the team guys switched to this setup throughout the season. It’s a matter of preference and what works best for you. Can’t go wrong either way.

Could it work on ETS carpet or even grey as well? Kinda like an allround solution?

Yes we run alloy chassis and eu front end in the UK in grey and ETS carpet. I think hagberg runs it everywhere.

New King Pins Coming soon also using a 4.2 ball cup up top threads into stock steering block helps to remove the slop.
