Guys need some advice please.
I have my car set to std setup from the manual but running a front spool.
I run 42 shore 26mm front tyres and 40shore 30mm rear.
Car is well planted and runs great .
I run in the 27T superstock class.
The only thing i need is for the car to rotate a bit tighter on power.
I noticed i had some on power understeer after i tightened the rear diff down as it was slipping a bit.
What could possibly help give me more steering on power??
I tried going to 40 shore front tyres but didnt make a differrence.
I tried softer tyres all round but found the car to slide too much hence why i run harder shore tyres, it just feels more planted in the corners.

Normally if I am seeking a bit more on powr steerng I'll go a bit stiffer on the rear suspension or maybe reduce the amount of toe in at the rear.

If you dont want to change, try raising the rear arm mounts by a mm or so.
Also try laying down the rear shocks, can make the rear end break away easier and let the rear rotate.

Thanks guys !!! wasnt expecting replies so fast but im not complaining
Besercoe you touched on something there.
I lowered my rear ride height by 1.5/2mm
Would running no droop also effect my problem ???
Ive been refering to teh Xray setup book and took out some front droop but did the same to the rear when i should have added more rear droop.

try going completely back to a kit type setup, and work from there. Sounds like you have gotten a bit lost

Spools and Spools
What is everyone using regarding spools. Me and my mates are chewing our way through quite a selection. I'd like to find one which last's but ain't to heavy. I quite like the TIR spool with replaceable alloy cups so far. Anyone tried the latest TOP Steel one.
Cheers
