Default Kyosho Shock Question (leaking from cap)

Ok, cant seem to stop the sporatic leak from a shock cap, tried new O-rings, new caps, used green slime, and still seem to have oil come out. I have tried tight to just firm on torque for the cap with no luck, any tips or tricks to help solve this? thanks (1/10 scale shocks zx6)

You just have to make sure that the o-ring is laying in the cap flat, Maybe put very light coat of shock oil on it so that when the body touches it when you tighten it, it doesn't snag. I have built about 100 of these shocks and never had this issue.
