As am I. I know gear diffs work, especially in high bite. But deep down in my heart I always knew, because of the RC10 days, that toy R/C cars came with gear diffs and "race" cars had ball diffs.

Car looks good. I want one but we never had mod 4wd buggies here maybe 2wd thou.
Associated T6 might be next to be released. Now the T6 I am interested in.

Looks like the front A-Arms are not sided which is nice when it comes to spares. I am curious as to what additional upgrade parts will be released day one. I plan to have ti screws, Kashima bodies/chrome shafts, ti turnbuckles and Schelle B6 rear hubs.

That is one item I thought they would produce as well since the JC rack is the go to for the B44.3. The bolt on steering arm they show on the stock rack leads me to believe there will be other arms available but what would they do?

I am slightly concerned about no upper deck bracing to help the center diff & spur area from coming even a teeny tiny bit loose. On my 44.1 .2 & .3 , I would always loctite the center area mounts, but it seemed the upper deck bracing played a part in keeping the spur alignment perfect and slop free.

I wish this car was coming out sooner so I could build and play with it over the Xmas & New Year's break!

I wouldn't be concerned. The center diff and motor are connected to the same aluminum bulkhead. Support will be better than any 2wd buggy. 1/8 buggies don't have top plates and their engines are mounted separately. This setup should be plenty solid.

I want to get a spare front/rear diff for my b44. Do you guys think the b64 will use the same F/R diffs as the b44.3? Thanks

They look all new. I think the only thing that would be compatible to carry over would be the shocks.

If you're worrying about the bones popping out with a ton of flex you shouldn't, those center diff outdrives are ridiculously long

If you race at my track and pay MAP I throw in new a Fantom motor with ProSpec rotor.

For those of your worried about the top deck don't. The XB4 doesn't have one and the car is stellar. I hope the Associated XB64 is at least as good as the XRAY. Oops, did I call it the XB64? My bad.
