use the one that came with the b6

Look for a screw extractor kit at your local hardware store. You'll want the micro set that fits RC sized screws. Good luck!

In my opinion, grease lasts longer. It's a little thicker, so probably not as fast as the shock oil. When I open my gearbox with grease, there always seems to be some left on the gears. Usually find it dry with shock oil. Some guys use Mobil 1 grease, some use the exotic Dupont grades (Krytox). I like that the Super Lube is similar in base to diff lube, and as mentioned, the sealing benefit.

I ran into the same problem a few months ago. I just drilled it out by starting with a small drill bit and going up on drill size until the screw head pops off. If all else fails just drill the heck out of it and replace the front ball stud mount.

Has anyone tried the four gear transmission yet? I run on an outdoor track that is pretty bumpy. Traction is getting harder to come by as it gets hotter and the groove seems to be less prevalent. The 4 gear in my SC5M is much much better than the 3 gear at my track. Matt

What's the verdict on lightweight bodies? Worth it? How do. They held up. Looking at predator, s2, and f2 bodies

My S2 body is great, just made the buggy feel more stable on high grip astro. Around a 22g weight saving over the standard shell.

I've got no more race damage on my lw body than standard in 10 or 12 race days. I have however put a tear in it from release'n the Velcro so that's something to watch out for.

Vrc pistons - Medium sized, med-high traction clay track. Which pistons should I get? Front and rear 2x1.5 a good start?
