Has anyone tried the VRP piston? And if you did, what is your opinion.

Thanks.

Talking with an admin there....he seems to think so, however, on Sworkz site, they just released a new aluminum rear tower for the 104EVO. No idea what's going on. Be nice to get an answer from someone.

Guessing we have a name change coming. The buggy was out of stock for a bit. Doubt they dropped it.

I see that it keeps getting referred to as "EOS" on many sites. No clue what that is about though.

EOS version was basically the 12mm hex conversion car, with the slipper added. At least the last I heard, when I was using the S104 EVO

AH! SO, My EK1 upgraded to the first gen EVO then further updated to the present EVO with the 12mm and slipper is now actually an EOS.

I got a reply from a Max Sonnleitner on Facebook (rep of SWorkz) that the S104EVO is NOT discontinued. So, it's just AMain being an idiot.

Hey all! I ordered some parts from answer-RC and they got shipped out on the 3rd of this month. I haven't received anything yet. Does it normally take this long to get things from them to the USA? I left them a message on their contact page.

Default Shocks

How does everyone find the stock suspension? I purchased a used roller off here which had yokomo shocks on it. I changed the rear springs on the yokomo shocks to losi yellow low frequency springs with 25 weight oil and twin 1.5 tapered pistons.
Front kyosho gold spring with 35 weight oil and 2 x1.4 pistons.
(This is the set up used on the sworkz sponsored driver here in Australia who won the last xray sponsored event and the national 4wd championships

I also run 35 gram weight in rear behind motor as per the sponsored driver.
On dirt this set up is amazing. It handles that good that people often comment on how much traction the car has.

I also just purchased a 2nd s104 roller which has standard sworkz shocks I have yet to run. Wondering if I should bother with them or just change them to yokomo or losi shocks as per my current set up.I only run the car on out door dirt
