Is this a re-brand of another car or an original design?
Is it being offered as a Kit only or will there be a RTR version too?
Are there any setup sheets available for drivers that have already been testing it?
*** UPDATE ***
I just spotted this product page here with pre-orders going for $385:

What is the expected price for the kit and items are necessary to complete the build?

It is an original design by INTECH Racing who has been making kits since 2012. The kit requires, electronics and tires.
We will post setup sheets as soon as it is released.
I have been testing it for 1 year and have not changed the setup since the first day of testing. It just works great at every track as is.
You can pre-order it now.

Last weekend it TQ'd by 31 seconds and won the main by over 20 seconds at a FL State Series race. Same tires used when it was blue groove and wet/slick at night. This was with a Hobbwing 4000kv Blinky mode. It is much faster down the straight when timing is advanced to 20'.

Was thinking about getting one on the pre order until I saw it uses +3mm offset sc10 4x4 rims. I have a ton of scte offset wheels I would like to use. Bummer. Looks like a good truck. Would be nice if some wider hexes were available.

Not yet but it looks just like the buggy except with Nerf bars:
