So none of the revised parts will change setup or handling. Weight and geometry is the same.

Looking forward to the new parts/truck info.

They decided to update the current 2.0 with improved parts without changing the version number. IMO that was not the right call, but many factors we will never know about drive the methods. This has caused some difficulty in identifying the newer updated parts, but those are being depleted if not gone already. To get the newest version of parts I suggest you only order from Horizon.

There are additional upgrade parts trickling down that are not part of the current 2.0 kit. Maybe we will see a Pro SCTE truck eventually with all the upgrade parts as well. SCTE Pro, Pro SCTE 2.0 or just a 3.0 truck. IMO this is still the best truck you can buy. The upgrades keep flowing to keep it fresh.

A couple things missed. All new chassis braces for the 3.0. Also something you guys have been asking for is ball bearing ackerman plate to help tighten up the steering similar to the 8ight system.

wondering if the KH motor mounts and the chassis braces from the 2.0 will fit the 3.0?

They should MIP braces still fit from the 2.0. Holes did not change for those. Spacing for the motor mounts did not change. Only allowed to rotate the entire diff now to change the bone angles.

I really like the variable center diff mount, ball bearing ackermann plate, switchable battery positions. Don't like the old wheel hexes that always want to loose the drive pin when changing wheels.
Was hoping for a turnbuckle for the steering servo link and an esc mounting tray also a receiver box, oh well.
Frank talks about orange rear spring in the video but red is the manual, which is true?
