parc ferme rules?
#1
I'm a big fan of f1 racing and love the idea of parc ferme rules. Has anyone ever raced at an event where there is a rule similar? For those that don't know what parc ferme rules are it's where the car goes to a closed area after qualifying where only minor adjustments can be made to the cars (tires, fluids, etc..) so basically the car you qualified with is the car you race.

We have something a bit similar in the winter series. The top three 17.5 cars after any heat have to be untouched. There is tech before the heat and for those top 3 after as well. Setup changes though should not be banned. Off road tracks change traction like crazy from the start of the day to the end so no point in it (unless its sugared).
