Any rims in any size benefits for balancing...i have a video on my Losi Mini8 that balance rims are so smooth and so butter free from vibrations that i can gas all the way and nothing vibrates on the rc besides the shafts!!

NEWS:

Allright....i am dumb!! Well i had to try it!!

I am out of this 32T and 35T spur things...

Now i understand why those record speeds have only one pass....in first person!!

That's not for me. Over and out.
I am on the market now for a 40T spur... no less!

It thermal shutdown's after past 2minutes and both esc and motor are hot. ESC is hot to touch for 2 seconds and motor is just hot.

This is stupid. I do not want this. I just want to have peace of mind to empty the packs....

Learned something new today!! :P

Nevertheless i will make a video when everything is done (wheelie bar and front wing with the 32T, but that's it....) To play the entire pack is impossible. We got to know where the limit's are... this is pure death of eletronics... OUT!!

Key now is to find the sweet spot... the 45T pinion is allright with 46T spur...tested that and there is no heat after pack done!

Maybe a 40T spur will be ideal?

tyre balancing is critical. I ran unbalanced tyres on my nitro truggy once, and it looked like it was being shaken to pieces.

Ok guys,i going to make something with Some bearings from work or just buy a cheap tire balancer on the "vorza thread" i've showed the truggy wheels i want to go with.i will run them, and then balance them and try again.

Indeed Targetxmod i was still waiting for ordening the 22t/40 flyratio set
But i thought "damn, there is also a 35t spur set" but if they give heat issues with your motor,i certainly going to burn mine.

40t will be the best to empty packs!

Some like to have one pass with a motor that goes straight into danger hot zone, just for youtube speed Numbers.and i also read that the magnets always lose part of their force if going into "heat danger zone". i rather find a testing different setups quite amusing.heat vs driving time -) always a challenge!

35T spur works fine if you just do the math before you select the gearing - don't start off blindly gearing for 200 km/h, and you'll be fine .

also a cool thread D'r.T...i'm clearly not as advanced in knowledge as you guys.

My big problem imo is prob that my vorza is far to heavy (i think one of the heaviest buggy's stock),then i added heavier 8s esc, heavier 4092 sss motor and now beginning testing gearings at 6s.

Your cars are all less heavy,it would also take more money to put into lightweight parts. But i'm enjoy now adjusting little things and learn from all The info i get

"Gear ratio" reconfiguration

-44T / 13T instead of 46T / 10T...

-500k on front and rear diff....

Also some bling...

So after the "customs" wait, got my central diff.

-Now with a 44T plastic spur!

-Some test's to find out what pinion size to use, to empty packs without heat..more down to earth sizes!! :P

-The 43T was heavy compared to the new one!

-The smaller is a 35T that is the winner even less weight!

-On this, my wife eard the noise of the cutting machine and asked what i was doing.... :P

-And for what? To cut rubber, love! Making new holes for the fish line to not balloning...

"she turned the face and walked away...:P"

-Even with the 2 fish lines on the middle, it still ballon on the sides!!

Not anymore!

This truck makes "childreen" run away....and adults scrath their heads, thinking dam, wth? It's scary!

Also got new CNC alloy pieces for it! Not yet on photos

The 44 plastic spur will make a huge difference in sound!

Can you Pm me if your pinions like 35-40ish are available for 5mm shaft?

I love it when children come and see the 1/8rc's and when you go full throttle, the run away

Wish i had a 10th scale when i was 15.

Pinions for this motor are 8mm bore! Expensive shippment! Well what isn't on RC!

Latelly i didn't have the patience to make videos...but this thing rocks. Not to much tire balloning now

And yah, the stickers, cause it's a Kyosho! :P lol
