Looks like one of the exceeds, i'm not exactly sure though but there are a lot of similarities.

Yup.
It was a prototype bugy I actually drove at ihobby a few years ago.
I put the BigSquid sticker on it.

It surely looks like one of the Exceed 4wd based platforms. Barring the front and rear bulkheads that appear to be aluminum, the thing you have could have been a monster truck, buggy, short course truck etc...
A lot of these things have common parts.
Source: I own about 3 of their kits and the parts are interchangeable, even with some Axial rock crawler parts.

It was a larger 8th scale platform.
I know the designer. Uses 8th scale diff and yes it is similar to exceed, but not 10th scale.

Yup im in oregon. I live in hubbard from portland though. Can you tell me what spur and slipper to use?
