Default Wheels rubbing on RPM arms and Rear CVD Problems - RC10B4

Sorry if I should have posted this elsewhere. I'm trying to fix up an older RC10B4 and I picked up some RPM front arms. I installed them but for some reason, the inside of the wheels rub on the arm when steering.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but this can't be right. When doing hard turns, the wheel won't even spin because its stuck on the arm. Needless to say I'm still pretty new at this. The turnbuckles are all set to what the manual recommends and I've got like 2 degrees of camber.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Here is a thread where some guy installed some on his B4.1 and it looks the same as mine but he has no complaints:

My second problem is that the little set pin keeps sliding out of the rear axle. I've tightened down the set screw but it keeps sliding out like so.

Should I try a new set screw or is it the axle?

Thanks ahead for any tips.

Caster block spacer is on the wrong side. Move it to the back side of the caster block.

Awesome thanks! Just fixed it and steering works great. Totally missed that spacer.

Any tips on the rear?

Grind a notch into the middle of the pin for the grub screw to lock into, make sure it's lined up with the hole when you tighten the screw.
