agreed. What is the problem with them that you are having?

For my personal preference, kyosho shocks in all sizes are the best. just so smooth. I have a set of kyosho triple cap velvet shocks (not big bore) that are in ok condition, and with a quick rebuild, replacing nothing, they are smoother than my brand new losi big bores off of a 22 buggy.

Mugen shocks are pretty good, easy to work with and is consistent. Kyosho shocks are probably the best shocks out there. Don't have much experience with kyosho 1/8 shocks..., but if they're anything like their 1/10 shocks found on the rb6..., then kyosho is your only next best bet.

Ya.., lol. There's something about kyosho shocks that makes them feel soo smooth. Almost went with the mp9e tki because of the kyosho shocks. But I'm very happy with my mugen.

You read somewhere they are 'blah' so you decided to spend $$$ by replacing them by shocks of an equally premium brand, again, just because someone said so? Did you even try your car and shocks? Mugen shocks are fine, if they are good enough to win the Worlds they will be good enough for your racing. Rather spend the money on tires and drive

He's building an eBay mbx7 eco kit guys. He's asking what's the best shocks to put on it since he doesn't have any yet. I personally love my mbx7 shocks. I have the m2c tapered pistons in them.

run the shocks, with CSI pistons, i have blacks, but now they have only blue and red, upgraded springs, also depends on where you locate top and bottom hole on towers and arms, M2C rear tower also is an added tuning option.

If the op doesn't have shocks yet and doesn't mind spending the $ then he should get kyosho. If money is a concern the mugen shocks are fine.
