Default trinity blue dot traction

Here is what happened.I bought some Trinity traction like 2 weeks ago, worked awesome but i ran out.It smelt like buggy grip but was not in the buggy grip bottle. So when i ran out i bought some more..no order same blue dot on the bottle (possibly bottled wrong?). The non order stuff takes for ever to dry and i dont see any improvements in traction.

Anyone have opinions on this stuff?

Blue Dot is the tire sauce of choice by us. If its taking too long to dry I would assume too much was put on. We use a toothbrush and scrub it in very thoroughly. Usually flashed off within 5-7 minutes, leaving the tires looking new and fresh, but not wet. And feels more tacky.

Have you noticed the Trinity blue or green dot smells just like Kingsford odorless lighter fluid you would use for your BBQ grill? I tried it side by side and it goes on the same and dries at the same rate.....is it the same? Hard to say, and I don't know.
