Same springs as the ones for the XB9-13 nitro buggy.

The springs are a few posts down.

Does anyone know which bodies fit this car as it doesn't come with a body and I don't see an E designation for the bodies.

A few pages back the Euro guys said the JConcepts XB9 Finnisher body is a great fit. And here is the confirmation on the XRay Forums:

http://forum.teamxray.com/viewtopic....13589&start=20

I already picked one of these up and it's at my painters shop already :-)

Yep the Finnisher is the only body that fits for sure

Many drivers complained about the lack of a specific XB9E body even on Xray forum but nobody there seems to care about it at all. A good thing for Xray is that the XB9 is a great basis but I don't like the lack of feedback and bad communication of the brand. When you compare it to Tekno, JQ and other teams it's a night and day difference

awesome!

I only broke a rod end on my 808 so I don't want to spend too many $$$ in replacement parts this time. Xray buggies are very strong so I'll wait to break something to order the part needed

I went with these parts, just because local tracks are rough and we race under any conditions:
- DERacing skidplates + mudgards
- m2c front shock tower protection

The M2C shock bra works like a champ, but always use ca glue to seal your carbon edges also.

+1 I did it on mine (looks shiny now ) and it's needed on every carbon fiber part that is exposed

@EGA0007: the car is mounted apart from the servo saver and electronics that I will have to remove from another buggy. I ordered the finnisher body too so it should arrive at the end of the week. In Belgium there is no shop with these parts in stock, I have to order the parts on amainhobbies . It's much cheaper even coming from the US too, the shipping costs on amain are 0,60$

As I said earlier I want to take my time for this one, it's my very first new 1/8 buggy. I have to prepare the JQ for a race this week end and the Durango for an endurance the week end after so I'm quite busy

Well i've ordered the XB9e also and offcourse i order the JConcepts Illuzion Finisher body. The shock tower bra is sold out at A Main, so looking for somewhere else (since i'm dutch i have to watch the shipping costs). The finish it off i'm looking for the Tekin RX8 Gen2 and Tekin T8, 1900kv motor (if possible Gen2).

I don't need spare parts, since we have a supplier at the track (and he's living a few hundred meters away from me)... My luck and also a reason to switch to XRAY
