Would make more sense with a Shorty.
More and more people are wanting gear diffs, so hopefully the geared diff rumour is correct aswell.

Shorty packs almost seem to be the standard size pack now,

So going with that makes a lot of sense. Even some of the TC rides are looking at that option as well.

Gear Diff? I guess. Hopefully a ball diff will also be able to still be run in it. Even if it's a ZX5 unit.

If this new Kyosho 4wd buggy will have gear diff I'm sold... I love my Durango DEX410 but reliability issues frustate me sometimes...

Out of curiosity, why 3 xb4's? Obviously, you like it, but why 3? I like my 410, but I'm considering getting another wheeler to try - hence my question.

I am guessing production will start right around Worlds. They have to deny it right now.

There shouldn't be any correlation, because RB6 is nothing like the car they drove at the 2011 worlds (which basically looked like a RB5 with a carbon top deck). However, after the 2011 worlds they released RB5 worlds edition (with big bores and stuff, but not the carbon top deck), and after that there was RB5 SP2, and then RB6.

...or maybe I remember wrong and the Worlds kit was the same as SP2 (though I'm quite sure they weren't). Anyway, either the RB5 Worlds or SP2 would be a better comparison than the RB6.

I got two to start in case i needed parts (two in 5 months) then got a generous coupon deal I couldn't resist a third. I doubt I would do that for any other car but the xb4 is that good. I have a nice ZX for sale and it's getting cheaper all the time. And I'm just a car buying fool. I also have complete diffs ready to pop in, extra shocks with different build easy to switch, wheels body drivetrain stuff... I like having options.

RB5 SP2 (for a while) then RB5 WC then RB6

I think we will have a new 4wd but not until 2014 (or late 2013)

The truck and 4wd buggy are apparently 1 of a kind prototypes.
