I don't have a KO servo and looking at the specs the KO is .2mm thinner than the Spektrum but I would have taken a bit more than that off the cup.

Also tried it with the shims out and it makes no difference
I'm sure I'll get it right eventually I just spent an hour on it trying to get it right.
For now the shaved ball cups works as a back up plan to if I don't

It just dawned on me while sitting here at work maybe I’ve used the wrong servo horn as it didn’t want to go on in a hurry.
I used the SK horn is that right for Spektrum S6070 which has 23T spline?

Looks to me like it's your servo. My savox has a step down where yours looks to be hitting.

Yep I think you are right the S6070 doesn't have that. What servo is that?
I might look at my 1251 and see how that goes from my RB6

It's a 1258tg(this is the only servo I've tried). But looking at my 1251(different shape again) it could could be close. I think you'll get away with it.

I tried the 1251 and it still hits.
I had a look at my 1258 in my SC6 and I see why that works and yes you need that little step down it has for the clearance.

So at this point if you use the Spektrum S6070 or Savox 1251 slim servo you need to shave a bit off the ball cup for it to work.
Maybe down the track I'll replace it with a 1258 but at this point I'll see how the S6070 with the shaved ball cup.

Would a longer servo arm work?

The link from the servo arm to the bellcrank is too long. You need to shorten it.

Yeah I think it would, keeping in mind the clearance between the link and the front brace

I have mine with 0 gap and would need to trim some of the threaded end to make it shorter.
I am going to try that that though by trimming about 1mm off the end of one of the ball cups.

Either way if you run either two of the servo's I have mentioned they won't work off the bat without some form of trimming involved.
No biggie to me I still have mine working it's just a matter of conversation and seeing what people have put up to try which has been great

Also check if your steering links are even. If the left is too long and right too short the rack will be off center and cause that issue.

Looking at the KO Propo RSx one10?

Thanks
I just recently got an RSX One10 Response for my RB6 and was going to get one for the ZX6 but was informed that KO Propo are discontinuing the RSX one10 and that it has been replaced with the BSX2 One10 Response servo. Took the suppliers word for it and got the BSX2; looks pretty much the same, except is all black, and the specs are similar but the BSX has more torque;

BSX2 ; .08s 13.3kg
RSX2 ; .07s 9.0kg

I also assume by the designation that the BSX has a brushless motor.

Couldn't really find any indication online that the RSX had been replaced or info about the BSX2 One10 but it arrived on the doorstep today. Probably a good thing to have the extra bit of torque in the 4wd I guess.
