for 100 bux the futaba 3pl is a great radio, 10 (or 20 ) model memory and rock soild reliability.

i'd go with a futaba or airtronics, the spektrum surface radios seem to have alot of issues.

I have the futaba 3PL. It has been really good to me. However, it doesn't have as many features I would like. Great beginner radio though.
