I'm not sure what you mean by that.

Sorry I didn't give a longer response. I was at work.

I talked with gene just the other day. He is still testing the prototype and his exact quote was early 14'

The latest as of this week is - no ETA.

The project has been put on hold as of now because it seems there is very little interest in SC Trucks in the rest of the world. It is very popular here in the USA and I am hoping for it, but we will have to wait and see if they decide to release it or not. Intech will release another kit in 2014, but we are not sure what class yet.

If you want to see an Intech 4x4 SCT, let us know here.

4wd buggy is my choice. Looking to get a ER-12 asap! What extra parts / hop ups / mods are you guys buying with the buggy? Looking at the pro-US kit.

AS FAR AS HOP UPS GO NOTHING REALLY,
YOULL WANT DIFFERENT SPRINGS THAN THE KIT, IM CURRENTLY USING KYOSHO SPRINGS (THEY ARENT CHEAP BUT I ALWAYS RUN THEM ON EVERY KIT) VP PRO OPTION SPRINGS ARE WHAT GENE USES
YOU DEFINITELY WANT PISTONS I RECOMEND 2X1.6 VP PRO PISTONS

GENE USES THE 1.5 ANTISQUAT BLOCK AND ZERO REBOUND FLAT BLADDERS , I USE STANDARD
I PREFER THE HEX CONVERSION FOR THE FRONT WHEELS AS WELL AS THE RDRC 8+ WINGMOUNT

Awesome, much more informative this time around. I did read all 20 pages and didn't see much about mods or extras though. I wasn't sure if that was because no one was really experimenting with it yet as its such a new platform, or if it just wasn't needed. Buggy looks great! Excited to get some wheel time with it!

imo the buggy is pretty dang bullet proof, ive had some serious hits, i have broken 2 rear hubs in 6 weeks racing 2-3 times a week, however i live in colorado and my local indoor track temp is like 40-50 degrees. i dont think theres a durabillity problem more of a my track needs a better heater problem lol

It is a very new buggy, so not much has been tested yet. I have ran the same setup since I got it in July except shock pistons and oils, and it works good everywhere. And it comes with everything you need minus the 1.5 and 3' anti-squat blocks. The only thing else recommended is the few new VP-Pro option parts (pistons, springs, and bladders).

Am I blind? Looking at the VP-Pro USA site, and for springs offered, All I see is the low-frequency springs. Do you offer a higher frequency spring set and I'm just not seeing them? I typically run my buggies very close to Legal Weight Limit, and prefer a softer setup (especially on the tracks I run at). So I'd be happy with just the 2 sets of springs, but never hurts to try things out.
