Anyone had any trouble with diff housings breaking?? I was a little over zealous with my throttle control and wheelied out of a corner right before a jump.. the front end shot straight down off the jump face and went straght into the face of the landing... it was a direct hit to the top of the front shock tower.. It ripped the bottom screws out that connect the shock tower to the diff housing... it was a pretty vicious hit for any vehicle to take?? Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?

People have tried a few different bodies. They are posted throughout the thread. Several people are running buggy motors I believe but a lot are running truggy as well. Its a matter of preference mostly.

I've had to warranty 4 of the rear cases and the easiest way to tell is before you put your rear diff together, take a 10mm screw for the rear chassis brace and screw it into the rear diff about half way. If the diff case cracks ***(I'm saying actually CRACKS...I'm NOT talking about a white stress line, that is normal and is OK!)*** So if it cracks it is a bad case.

Anyone know which on-line retailers have fixed cases?

They don't make a wrap for the et48. One thing I will say is in the pics online the body looks pretty ugly but in person they actually look pretty cool. I thought I was gonna have to put a different body on it but now I like it.

Ya I meant to post in the sct410 thread...whoops. but ya the body is pretty hideous. I just cut and mounted mine earlier and I like it a little more now. Looks like it hit a wall and too skinny but maybe it will continue to grow on me
