I bought a Savox 1271SG (347oz/0.08s) for my ET48 quite a while ago. The Truggy has been in the mail since Jan 13, but seems to be lost :\ I have a MM2 and Castle 1515 2200Kv motor sitting here read to install... I've been reading all kinds of horror stories about how people hate this combo, but it's worked perfectly form me in the past, so hopefully that continues.
This is my first Savox servo, and I read about all the problems between savox servos and Mamba ESCs after I bought it and got all worried. I've tested it in my Rustler and Savage XS so far through the internal BEC of a MMP set to 7V BEC, both using Futaba R603FF receivers. Super quick and strong and zero glitching or browning out yet (no cap)...fingers crossed that performance continues! I have a couple spare CCBEC if need be though

If my BMS-28A fails, I'll likely get the servo you're gonna use.
Since I'm posting... I installed a DE rear skid plate. I know some people say they make your vehicle nose over jumps, but we'll see.

I love this truggy. So easy to drive with stock setup. It's a blast. Gonna go do some tuning tonight, mostly some droop adjustments and camber links. I think I sparked some interest locally after they've seen this beast in action

I know the feeling, but at least you are not like me with a nearly completely built truggy staring at you with no servo. I've waiting for it to arrive. I can't even finish putting the right mud guard on and soldering the wires from the ESC to the motor because of the servo due to the routing requirements of the servo. Well, I could, but why bother.
