I've ran all brands and for the money, features, smoothness and power my two favorites are the hw 150a xerun and the speed passion silver arrow v2.

I had great experience with my Xerun 150 when I had it. Awesome ESC. Only problem I had would be with a LVC set at 3.4V, I noticed it cutting out with 3.6V still in the batts
This can be cured by just setting the LVC ~.2V lower than what you want. But again, definitely recommended.

Ive seen your name a few times somewhere, i just couldnt remember where. Turns out it was in the Boneyard/ June Jam threads. I wish i wouldve seen this earlier, but anyway i am coming down for the June Jam race and i will be running a 150amp Xerun that ive had for a year now (after i got rid of my three year old 80 amp). So, if anything these escs are some of the most rock solid out there and will last a long, long time. If you are also planning to come down to this race and need any help with your HW escs, just yell and ill try my best to get you back running.

Kool tks. We will be there .
I hope to still be running the lrp iX8 but I haven't heard one one person that has ran theirs more than a couple months . and lrp wouldn't give me any insight as to when they will have more ix8s in stock to replace the #???# of burnt up escs that they already have .
And wouldnt tell me how many escs they currently have in house burnt up...
So if it goes down i will make a youtube vid of me burning every lrp product i have in my cars and make sure they get it .
Talked to a guy there yesterday and boy did he sidestep every question i had about that esc and repair ...
So atleast i will have a backup esc .
Btw how long does shipping from hobbypartz ?
Tks fir all the positive info u all provided

In the future i would order from falcon sekido. I think they are only ones who honor warranty. I run the sctpro with hobbywing 4700 in my tekno sct410 and it runs cooler than my step dads tekin setup. I was at mayfield this past weekend finished 3rd with the blue busted up body lol. i will have to say his setup is faster though
