SMC is my go to battery for the past 2 years.

Don't know if I can recommend orions anymore. I have four 6500mah 90c carbon pro packs and they all have swollen. Two have minor swelling but the other two have split. And by splitting I mean open wide sesame lol...
I'm almost obsessive compulsive when it comes to looking after these packs as they don't come cheap. They have always been charged correctly using a very good quality charger. Always balanced never fully discharged and never dropped or anything else I can think of. They have between 15 to 20 charges on them. Emails have been sent off to customer service but still haven't heard anything.
Any comments or ideas?
