And make sure to ream after screwing in the droop screw - since the process of screwing the droop screw pushes in the arm hole. So if you ream, then droop screw, it binds. If you droop screw, then ream, it works much better.

I tried a reemer and it didnt work. the pin still bound up in the arm. The problem is there injected plastic arms and the hole is not perfect. i have zero slop and my pins slide nice and smooth threw the arms after using a #20 bit.

that does seem different than what we've seen. heavy shock oils and light springs. he did say that he only had that race day to mess with it so he wasn't sure he'd be able to get it dialed in.

Run 2 orings as intended. The reason for this is that the first oring keeps the shafts clean and extends the life of both the bushings and the oil. It extends the life of the entire shock.

If anyone has been debating on getting a sct410 not seems to be the time with Amain having SMOKING deal on them.

I left rear toe off because that is another question. I am using rear +1.5 brace and have middle pill in. I thought I knew where I was at there but not 100% sure after seeing some posts on here in the past. Thing I tried last night:

Rear spring pink to green --little improvement
front spring pink to green--much better but still issue
rear sway bar 2.4 to 2.6--same
front sway 2.3 to 2.4---same
front droop 102 to 100---same
rear link arm down from position 2 to 3--same (Probably should have went other way but got backwards at the time.)
front link arm down from position 2 to 3--same

OK. Here's a little follow-up. I tried several of the suggestions and the one that seemed to help the most was changing front springs from green to yellow. Big difference, although I had to watch out for the occasional traction roll in sweeper. After the spring change, I also increased front oil from 25 to 27.5. seemed to help more but not 100% sure yet because I got about 3 laps in main and the left rear axle stub snapped off. Guess I need to put on the 5mm stubs I bought a couple weeks ago after breaking the other side.
I haven't tried reducing rear toe or sway bar change. May try those too and see how they change handling, but it's getting better. Thanks for input!

Ride height, camber, and sway bars are much different than I have seen too.

You also should keep in mind that Ryan has quite a different driving style than most of us do. What will work excellent for him might feel terrible to you. That said, I'm just as interested as the next guy to look at his setups.
