Def not the Losi SCTE look at the forum and you will see its junk stock- the chassis and shock towers bend like butter and all kinds of problems with diffs leaking and out drives wobbling, needs lots of upgrades to be good.
Without a doubt any XRAY - 808, XB9 or XT-8. Never had a DNF from a failed part in 3 years

+ a gazilion.
coming from losi scte, 8be 2.0 snd 8te 2.0 my scr-sp has been the most durable thing ive owned. got fed up with losis garbage metal quality and plastics. sctes towers are crap, drivelines are made out of wet noodles, diff blocks are pop metal.... if in fact they are sooooo reliable why did rpm make arms so the stock ones dont bend like mine in a few weeks what a joke!!
and no i dont hit walla o trees..
1.5 year on my scr-sp and not 1 single screw backed out, not 1 stripped plastic part and after 1 year of running the same shock oil they had barely a slight tint of black dirtiness in them. i couldnt get my tlr shock to go pass 3 months without the oils looking like i put pure black coffee in them for now on i much rather pay for the higher end cars in return of quality and durability than buy a 300+ dollar roller losi and dump another 200+ just in upgrades_____ not electronics

Mr. Juarez makes a great point. Instead of purchasing a $300 roller +/- and having to upgrade it with tons of parts it would be cheaper and much more enjoyable to buy a quality in the first place. It will cost you less in the long run and you will have more fun as you will be racing/bashing more than fixing your car.... From now on I will only purchase quality kits such as Tekno, Serpent, Mugen, Xray, and Kyosho. I don't want to enter a race and have a dnf because I cheaped out (now a word because I said so) on a car that notoriously breaks parts.. My time is worth something....
