Angry Didn't deside yet

Ok I raise my budget to 200$.
Now - does any one try the airtronics MX-v?

In the user manual it seems it has the same features as MX-3X. So why it is cheaper?
I wonder if all the features are function?
Especially the exponential throttle feathers.

If you're going to stick with the hobby, then it'd be wise to invest in a decent radio. I prefer Airtronics and Futaba to all the others. I personally have never seen either brand have binding, or glitching issues like the Spektrum stuff.

That said, Airtronics has a better "feel" for me, and smaller receivers, so I went with them. If you can, save up a few more dollars, and spring for the MT-4. I'm sure you can find a coupon code that can save you a few bucks over at tower hobbies. It'll be well worth it in the long run.

@Steve- try over at RCUniverse- there are a lot of fliers there and they may have more insight on stick radios.

I think your choice may be a bit limited but Futaba and Sanwa do quality stick radios for surface models in 2.4, but both are a bit expensive. If you have problems getting hold of one you may be better off getting one from the UK as many people here still use sticks so shops do stock them.

Not all ESCs have programmable throttle curves...and not all cars have an ESC (= nitro).

Pick up and an entry level radio from Futaba or Airtronics/Sanwa. You won't regret it. Resale value will be much better if you ever decide to upgrade too.

My oldest owns a DX3S and my youngest has GT3C. The GT3C feels better in hand to me than the DX3S. The GT3C has been great so far. However, I still like my M8 better than all of them in this house!
