The new RF arm hanger IS the old RF arm hanger with a notch milled it it. They didn't even bother to re-anodize it after they took the old ones and milled them....

You don't see the shiny silver once it is installed in the car anyway.

Oh it doesn't bother me. Just pointing it out. A little filing on the old one and your good to go.

This new 6.6 is the kiddo's and I'm not allowed to crack the seal without him. Guess I'll just work on my old 6.0 hoopty.

No performance change was noted to the negative. I used these parts to shave weight in a very competitive stock buggy class in my area.

this is my first rb6.6 kit and I was wondering what is a good alternative for some steel bushings that are a direct fit.

Metal on metal, most likely aluminum on aluminum will cause wear. You may want to look at the exotek parts. I don't have personal experience with them but maybe someone else does and can chime in.

My GF works at UpgradeRC, the company that manufactures the chassis skins for Schelle, and she is fitting the original skins on her 6.6. The way they made the chassis wider most likely will not work with a wider skin. It probably will not stick to the contours since it changes angles twice in such a small area. I think they are going to test it, but she thinks the skins will remain unchanged.

How do you determine the antisquat degree to number/size spacer under the rear arm hangers/blocks?

For example 1mm spacer under the RR block and 0.5mm spacer under RF block equals what antisquat degree?

I'm sure this has been asked but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Do I have to run a laydown in my RB6 to use the 6.6 body or will it work with my stand up 3-gear?

I am not sure I understand what you mean. I have both cars, and comparing side by side they are very similar in shape. The new RB6.6 chassis is simply wider, with a similar angle of chamfer at the edges to the older chassis. I'm not sure I can get a proper angle in the pictures, without disassembling my cars. but hope these help.

Anyone want to suggest a carbon fiber battery strap for the laydown config? The Mckune is a bit long. Pictures if you can Thanks!
