The RB6 doesn't have some magical advantage when you strap a 17.5 in, as apposed to a 10.5 or faster. It's still the same car with the same advantages, and the b4.2 is still the same car with IT'S same advantages as well.
They are just two different cars, with different sets of pros and cons.

It basically adds more weight to the rear, so if you want less weight (traction) run the shorty.

is anyone using this horn and know if you can purchase the inserts separately?

It depends on where you mount the speedo, what speedo and what motor, they can all change the length required by a good bit.

Funny thing is I couldn't find pink shrink tube so I used baby blue for pink and I use green for gold. What a stir that caused at the track. I got questions from "did kyosho come out with new springs" to "did you have custom springs made". Anyway I enjoy watching them squirm for about an hour til I let the cat out of the bag.
The best one I have seen was a one of our sponsored drivers (who is a good guy and spends countless hours helping the rest of us out) brought a bottle of tire sauce in an unmarked bottle with tape all around it like he was hiding the brand of what he was using. At the end of the night he drank the remaining portion, it was just water to clean tires.

Tebo hasn't provided his RB5 axle spacing in a while with his setups. Does anyone know what it is or the best starting position for the RB5 axle and hex? Thanks.

I have the same problem, identifying colors on Kyosho springs. Especially after they have some run time on them, the paint starts to chip away until gone. What I did was get some color heat shrink tubing and now slide a small piece on and use a heat gun. Kind of like Avid does with their springs.
