It was just a hair loose on power so i dropped my center diff oil to 5k from 7 and the car was stuck. I could feel that the track was not tight but the car was very easy to drive on the track. I could drive it deep into the corners and jump back on throttle and not lose the rear. This is definately a change that was a big improvement. Last thing i am going to try is 5k in the front. This will make it 5-5-5 in all 3 diffs.
Did you have to modify the hinge pin holders at all, or was it just a new insert?

I made rear inserts that are 1mm offset to the bottom and in the front of the rear transmission mount, I used the low hole insert that comes with the car that is offset 1mm. This allowed me to keep 2 degrees of antisquat and have a lower rear roll center. It is made for running 4 degrees of rear toe. Here is a pic of the solid model of the insert I made.

I actually like this idea more than a low roll rear brace like the serpent.

Thanks buddy. I figured it would be an easy option. It just makes it as far as room goes. It is fully captured so there was no issues. I checked them last night and it doesn't even look like I used them after 4 packs. That works for me. The Delrin should hold up better than the nylon also.

If any of you guys want a set of the low roll center inserts, Let me know. I am going to be running some off this week. I will be selling them for $15.00 per pair shipped in the US. I can reduce the cost for multiple sets being that they will all ship together. Outside of the US will have additional shipping costs.

It also allows for non-vented bladder type.
Thanx sir.

So these are better than the stock E48.2 Caps?

With a vented cap, the air trapped between the bladder and the shock cap can escape during compression. This makes the suspension more linear and provides almost zero rebound.

With a non-vented cap, the air trapped between the bladder and the shock cap is compressed during operation. This makes the suspension a little more progressive and provides more rebound if desired.

Not better, just different. Non-vented might be better on tracks with flat landers or very large jumps. Non-vented is really good through small bumps.

Both work great, it's just a tuning option.
