What are you running it in? Really one is'nt better than the other. Once you get above the 40c rating it's pretty much a number used for marketing. You probably won't notice the difference between the 2 except the 5800 will have longer run times.

if the numbers are correct then the 5000 will have a much shorter run time due to higher output.... but they probably are not correct.

Go with the more reputable brand

Either one will deliver enough amps for your application. The 65c will deliver roughly 30% more. Personally, I'd go with the 45c and longer run times as the 45 will deliver more than enough amps for you.

Are they the same company (brand)?

Depending on your setup (motor and gearing) you may get more run time from 5k 65c pack. If you are not taxing the system as long as the brand is good the 5800 will get you more run time. Typically you will get more usable cycles from the higher c rated pack. Why not a 6000mah or 6600?

List pack details and you will get a better answer.
