How are the electronics in the XXX-SCT RTR?

I am actually in the market for a 2wd sct now. I am liking my initial impression of the XXX SCT but I am leaning towards the sc10 since its based off of what appears to be AE current car.

Anyway, I guess my question to piggy back would be this, is the battery tray on the SC10 friendly to lipos that have wires coming out the side instead of top? The losi appears to have a section from what I saw that would be fine for that type of lipo.

Nothing to get excited over. If you are going to go for a true RTR, i.e. one with electronics, the sc10rs is the way to go IMO.

I know, if I could, I would get the SC10 RS, but it is out of my price range. I think I'm probably going to go with the XXX-SCT Roller and just slowly upgrade with high quality parts. That way I spread out the payments.
