How do I take my center differential apart?
The axle collars are whats bugging me, there is no screw to take them off and Im afraid of popping them off with the flat head on my leather man.
I checked the manual and Ill check it again, but in the manual they are already on the spur gear.
Im trying to change out spur gears and fresh oil, the oil that was in there, if it wasn't grease (which it shouldn't of been according to the manual) was really dirty. I cleaned it all out and am waiting to put some 5000wt in but I dont know how to get the spider gears out and how to pop off the axle collars from each end of the differential.

You have to pop the sun gear out and remove the pin. Then you'll be good to go.

Yup, take the sun gears out, remove the pins and the outdrives slip right out. There should be a small metal shim and an o-ring under each one. Then take the bearing off the spur (if it's metal, otherwise the plastic ones have an insert that they attatch to and that assembly screws into the diff housing.) Make sure you put the bearings back first, I seem to forget that a lot.
I normally go with at least 7K in the center diff, BTW.
