Komodo's are a square pin tire.

Komodo, or a bowtie or goosebump in the morning fluff and then I would switch to a Panther Raptor or PL holeshot, JC DD type tire as the track grooves up as it still looks pretty bumpy out there. Not sure a bar type tire would be the ticket.

Anybody got a good setup for a loose outdoor with large jumps? Preferably using only the kit parts.

I will be trying goosebumps this weekend. I would run bowties but I don't think they make them anymore. Or at least there not listed on there site.

Sorry your tight. I thought they brought it back but must not have been for ST. Just other sizes.

The kit setup is designed for loose tracks.

Ok cool that's what I've got on it now with the raised tranny. Gonna try 2 hole pistons today to see if that helps with landing the big doubles. Also has anyone used shock limiters to prevent bottoming out? I've noticed that when the shocks are fully compressed the wheels go up passed the chassis.

You can but you have to understand you don't always land flat. Also bottoming out on the chassis is better then putting all that load into the shock towers.

What should I try if when i turn, the rear inside wheel picks up and I spin out? It happens at all speeds, even when I go slow. It happens under braking and no braking. I am running the kit setup on carpet.

Any ideas? You think I have to much bite in the front? Longer camber link?

Are you running limiters in the rear shocks?

Had the same problem with my midmotor setup. Try 1 degree of anti-squat and add 1 or 2 mm of ballstud washers to the inside of your rear camber link. Worked for me on a smooth indoor high-bite clay track.
