Sweet. Would you happen to have any TC6 Tekin RS setups for 17.5 boosted and non boosted? I know, off topic, but I'm an onroad noob and didn't find too many on the hotwire page

These are still out of stock everywhere. I'm guessing it will be like that for a while.

When's the next batch getting out to the distributors?

I'll have to ask Randy when he's back from the Showdown, I don't have a TC6.... I can try to at least figure some FDRs for ya!

I like Tekin, but not for the $330ish price tag of buying them separately.

So where are we at with temps on these new motors. I own a number of Tekin systems and have been running a RX8 & SC4X 7.5 in my Losi 810e. I've been dissappointed in how quickly the motor heats up (180 - 190 F) even when conservatively geared 13/40 on 3S. It's quick, but doesn't have a lot of punch. I was hoping a new Pro4 3300 on 3S would be the answer, but they still seem to be running hot in similar applications.

I own the 4000kv pro4 and after about 8 mins of runtime at my local indoor track I tempted at 165 on my sc10 4x4 geared at 14/62 on 2s 5000mah 40c lipo...... This motor IMO is far better then the sc4x and has way more torque........

The MMP will do the job, without issue. Guys prefer the RX8 for it's dual mode capabilities, tunability via the Hotwire interface, and the robust nature of the RX8's internal circuitry.

Drop in your MMP and maybe an external BEC and you're good to go. I think the MMP has a similar feature to the RX8's dual mode, Smart Sense I believe it's called but honestly have no idea how it works in comparison. It's seems the Pro4's heatup a bit when running in sensored only mode.
